Rest Assured Jordan Mattress

Our Jordan queen size mattress was purchase just over 2 years ago Aug 2021 and we have dents in our pillow top which is stitched to the mattress. This is a non flip mattress so we are unable to turn it around. We can only rotate the mattress and were so desperate at one point that we flipped it but the other side is too hard to sleep on. We weigh 90kgs and this bed is supposed to hold up to 125kgs. I am extremely disappointed as this mattress alone at the time costed R8800. We purchased our bed at Montagu Gardens. Besides lower back aches my hips go lame after laying too long on the side. We now have to purchase a mattress topper and hopefully this will help us.

My Jordan double bed size mattress just over 2yrs - very unhappy with it. You can clearly see the 'dent' in mattress after I made bed in the morning. I turn the mattress every week but still no difference. Only used by myself, weight 80kg. Seems this weight is too heavy for this quality of mattress. Bought at Bed Centre, Montagu Gardens Dent in my mattress and my back aches. I dont recommend this mattress at all !!
