- FREE DELIVERY when spending above R3000 (within a 100km radius of your nearest store)
- For orders less than R3000, a R490 delivery fee will be charged (0 – 100km from your nearest store)
- All orders further than 100km will be charged at R990 per delivery
- Applicable to ONLINE orders only.
Please make arrangements with staff for convenient delivery times. Also ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery at your elected address.
If you would like us to remove your old bed or mattress, please arrange this with our sales staff.
Selected beds & mattresses are only available in the Western Cape e.g. Truform range.
You may also elect to collect from one of our stores.
Fast Delivery
The Bed Centre’s Fast Delivery service is designed to help you get a better night’s sleep, sooner. By selecting eligible products marked with the Fast Delivery badge, you can enjoy next-day delivery at no additional cost, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Order Cut-Off Time
To qualify for Fast Delivery, your order must be placed and fully paid for before 14:00 (2 PM) on a business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will fall into the following day’s cycle.
Delivery Timeframe
Fast Delivery orders will be delivered by 17:00 (5 PM) the following business day, where possible.
Product Eligibility
This service only applies to selected products marked as Fast Delivery. Non-eligible items in your cart may affect the overall delivery time.
Geographic Limitations
Fast Delivery is currently available only within major metropolitan hubs, where our logistics allow for short-turnaround delivery. This excludes outlying, rural, or long-haul destinations.
Service Limitations & Delays
While we aim to fulfil all Fast Delivery orders within the promised timeframe, this service is provided at no additional cost and is subject to operational capacity.
Factors such as stock availability, traffic, weather, and unexpected disruptions may affect delivery timing. In such cases, The Bed Centre will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and reschedule delivery as soon as possible.
No Guarantees or Compensation
As Fast Delivery is a complimentary value-added service, it is not guaranteed. No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be issued for delays or if we are unable to meet the delivery timeframe.
General
The Bed Centre reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Fast Delivery service at any time, without prior notice. Standard delivery terms apply to all orders unless otherwise specified.”
Deliveries to outlaying areas
We deliver to main cities namely Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Port Elizabeth. Deliveries outside of the main cities will be quoted on and added to your total order value. Incomplete or incorrect addresses inserted into delivery information which results in an incorrect or null amount delivery charge will be charged correctly once the order is received.
How long till my order arrives?
Manufacturing lead times do vary throughout the year. Lead times can vary between 1 and 3 weeks. Our stores do carry stock on fast moving items. Please verify your lead time with one of our sales consultants.
Deliveries to High-Risk Areas
Please note that we are unable to deliver directly to high-risk areas. Should you require delivery to such locations, arrangements can be made through independent contractors at an additional fee. This ensures that your order reaches you safely and securely.
