The following is important to note:
You must have slept on the mattress for a minimum of ten (10) nights before requesting an exchange. We encourage this since adjusting to your new mattress can take a while.
You are required to purchase a new Mattress Protectorwith your mattress, from The Bed Centre, which must always be used on the mattress.
The mattress must be in good condition (not marked, damaged, or soiled in any way)
We will arrange a replacement mattress of equivalent size and value with the option of a different feel or a chance to upgrade by simply paying in the difference on the Standard Selling Price.No refunds are possible.
The Comfort Guarantee is valid for the mattress only and does not extend to the bed base.
The Guarantee is only valid for one mattress exchange per customer.
The Guarantee is not valid on clearance stock, display models, custom orders (e.g. special sizes, which includes extra length & super king).
Should you elect to make an exchange; you will be liable for the Delivery Charges incurred for both the collection and the delivery of the new mattress.
Valid within our Standard Delivery Areas only for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Port Elizabeth.
